Please review the following  guidelines:
1.  Check the Docushare link often.  It will be updated as new items are added.
2.  All items will be awarded on a "first come, first serve" basis and only e-mail requests will be honored.  E-mail: dstrehle@lps.org.
3.  If you are a teacher,  please check with your principal for approval of the selected item before requesting.  After a request is received, it will be labeled with a neon orange tag noting school/
your name/date.  The item(s) will only be held for two weeks.  If a material transfer request is not received within those two weeks, the item(s) will no longer be reserved.   Once a material transfer request is received, delivery to your building will take place within about two weeks.
4.  Any "unique"item that is still in surplus this spring will go into the 2010 spring auction.  This does not include "regular" items (such as student desks and tables, chairs and teachers desks.)  Those items will always be kept in surplus.

If you have any questions or suggestions, please contact Dale Strehle at 436-1012 or dstrehle@lps.org.
