Class Companion can serve as an initial, automated writing “tutor” students can use to get feedback on a piece of writing in the early stages of the writing process. Students can use the automated feedback provided by this tool to revise their work and then turn in a more final version to their teacher (via google docs, etc.) for more feedback from the teacher.
