May Learning Lunch May 14: Mariachi Ensemble!

Tuesday, May 14, noon-12:45 p.m. at LPS District Office, 5905 O St.

Get ready to move to the music: The May Lincoln Public Schools Learning Lunch features the music of the Star City Mariachi Ensemble, a new LPS musical group comprised of students in grades eight through 12 from all over Lincoln. The program will begin with words from Lance Nielsen, music supervisor for LPS, followed by the traditional music of the mariachis.

The program begins at noon, followed by audience questions at roughly 12:30. Learning Lunches are open to the public, as well as LPS staff. Bring your lunch – we’ll provide dessert (churros!).
