'Say What?' LPS hosts annual communications festival

Understanding generational differences in communications and culture. Using web tools, social media and Zoom. Handling a crisis. Employing good customer service.

Lincoln Public Schools colleagues learned lessons in communication and engagement Thursday at the annual LPS Communications Festival, “Say What?,” held at District Office.

Presenters from across LPS departments offered learning sessions in a variety of topics, all focused on wonderful ways to better connect and engage.

Sessions included: Communicating through a crisis; communicating through generational differences; dealing with our critics; using Facebook Live and other social media; understanding LPS web tools; and using Zoom.
