Discover the Air Force Junior ROTC program at Northeast High School

The objectives of the Lincoln Air Force Junior ROTC located at Northeast High School are to educate and train high school students in citizenship, promote community service, instill responsibility, character, and self-discipline, and provide instruction in air and space fundamentals.

The AFJROTC program is grounded in the Air Force core values of “Integrity First”, “Service Before Self”, and “Excellence in All They Do”. The academic curriculum emphasizes global and cultural studies, the development of flight, applied flight sciences, military aerospace programs, and space exploration.

The Lincoln AFJROTC is a leadership and character-building program, not a military recruitment program.

High school students throughout Lincoln are eligible to enroll in the classes offered at Northeast.  They have students from all six LPS schools plus three of the Lincoln private schools.
