ReadWorks
Readworks.org is a non-profit group that provides texts at a variety of levels. It allows Teachers to search for texts/articles by grade level, lexile (readability), genre, or content area. It provides many informational articles in a variety of topics interesting to Students. The site also provides "paired texts" which are texts that are put together because of common content. These are good to use when wanting Students to compare texts or read more than one text and pull ideas and information from more than one text.
