ACT TCM (Test Center Manager)
ACT distributes this app through a web page, they do not make it available in the Apple App Store nor do they make it available for LPS to deploy as an Enterprise App through our Mobile Device Manager. ACT has updated their site to properly recognize browsers running on iPads so it can be installed that way.
