LPS Google Drive is the recommended tool for cloud storage and file sharing. LPS Staff members who need to use Dropbox (to coordinate with outside agencies, etc.) must ENSURE that no identifiable LPS student data nor business data are stored in Dropbox. Staff should not “sync” their documents/folders on their LPS device with Dropbox. Dropbox is not a managed LPS file system and should not be used for storing LPS work product.
