Special Non-LPS Staff ID Card

The ID Card System is the means to provide building access of special non-LPS staff to our district buildings. The term “special non-LPS staff” means persons who are in LPS buildings on a routine basis for official school business, such as vendors, community partners and other individuals or groups as designated by Facilities and Maintenance (FM).

TMA and Web Client Authorization Form

Click on TMA and Web Client Authorization Form and complete the form for authorization to enter work requests in TMA and/or access Web Client schedules for door/HVAC equipment.  This form must be sent to Facilities and Maintenance for approval to TMA and/or Web Client.

 TMA

TMA is the Work Request / Work Order system for Lincoln Public Schools.  You can submit a work request through TMA for any problem from a roof leak to flooring material and anything in between and a work order will be created.  A sign-in name and password are required to use TMA.

Click on TMA iService Desk to gain access to Facilities and Maintenance Service Center to submit a work request, to query a work request or work order, or to search by a work request number or work order number.  (Note: the entire work order number must be used when querying a work order (i.e., FM-12345678).

TMA Training is scheduled with the individual after their TMA and Web Client Authorization Form is received.  Susie Ahlberg will contact the individual to schedule TMA Training, which is usually done at the individual's site by Wayne Regnier.  These one-hour sessions provide useful training materials to help in entering work requests for your building.  Current authorized requesters can request a refresher course to stay up-to-date with any changes to the TMA.
