Special Non-LPS Staff ID Card
The ID Card System is the means to provide building access of special non-LPS staff to our district buildings. The term “special non-LPS staff” means persons who are in LPS buildings on a routine basis for official school business, such as vendors, community partners and other individuals or groups as designated by Facilities and Maintenance (FM).

Mission Statement
The role of the Facilities and Maintenance Departments is to support the students and staff by providing an enabling, safe, and operationally functional educational environment while protecting the community's investment in facilities and equipment.
TMA System
The Maintenance Authority (TMA) is the Work Request / Work Order System for Lincoln Public Schools. You can submit a work request through TMA for any problem from a roof leak to flooring material and anything in between and a work order will be created. A password is required to use TMA.
TMA Training Sessions are scheduled every second Thursday of each month at 10:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. These one-hour sessions provide useful training materials to help in entering work requests for your building. New employees are encouraged to attend one of these sessions as soon as their TMA Authorization has been approved. And current authorized requesters can attend at any time for a refresher course and to stay up-to-date with any changes to the TMA. Contact Susie Ahlberg at 436-1072 ext. 82005 to schedule your TMA training.
Click on TMA iService Desk to gain access to TMA iServiceDesk to submit a work request, to query a work request or work order, or to search by a work request number or work order number. (Note: the entire work order number must be used when querying a work order (i.e., FM-12345678).
Click on TMA Authorization Form and complete the form for authorization to enter work requests via the internet. There is now just one form for one person per building. This form must be sent to Facilities and Maintenance for approval and to have a TMA sign-in name and password assigned. Employees will be notified by Technology Coordinator with their TMA sign-in name and password.
Click on Open Work Orders or Closed Work Orders to view the number of open and/or closed work orders per shop
