Special Non-LPS Staff ID Card

The ID Card System is the means to provide building access of special non-LPS staff to our district buildings. The term “special non-LPS staff” means persons who are in LPS buildings on a routine basis for official school business, such as vendors, community partners and other individuals or groups as designated by Facilities and Maintenance (FM).

Web Client Training is scheduled with the individual after their TMA and Web Client Authorization Form is received.  Susie Ahlberg will contact the individual to schedule Web Client Training and training is usually done at the individual's site by Wayne Regnier.  These one-hour sessions provide useful training materials to help in scheduling door and HVAC Equipment schedules for your building.  Current authorized requesters can request a refresher course to stay up-to-date with any changes to Web Client.
