2024–2029 LPS Strategic Plan

As part of its goals for the 2022–2023 school year, The Lincoln Board of Education agreed to work with consulting firm District Management Group to gather community input and draft the 2024–2029 LPS Strategic Plan.

The new strategic plan will represent Lincoln Public School’s commitment to community input and equitable outcomes, align the strategic priorities of the school district with the All Means All action plan, and include themes from the Superintendent’s Transition Report

Preliminary Proposed Strategic Plan Draft

A Preliminary Proposed Strategic Plan was drafted after reviewing information gathered from various groups through the process to develop the All Means All Action Plan and the Superintendent’s Transition Report. The next step includes presenting the Preliminary Proposed Strategic Plan Draft and emerging themes for more feedback before finalizing the draft strategic plan.

You can review the Preliminary Proposed Strategic Plan Draft and the emerging themes here.

We want to hear from you…

LPS is seeking to further engage citizens throughout the community to help refresh and develop a strategic plan that will chart the course for the school district over the next five years.
