Why did you want to become an educator?
I wanted to become an educator because I love forming new relationships/connections and I love learning! I enjoy being able to share my passion for learning with my students and encouraging them to persevere when things are difficult. I had a few teachers growing up that made a positive impact on my life and I hope to be that kind of teacher for all of my students!

What has been your favorite part of working for Lincoln Public Schools?

What is your favorite part of being an educator?
My favorite part of being a teacher is forming relationships with my students and their families. Everyday I am learning new things from my students and this strengthens the relationships I have with them. In addition, I love making learning fun and exciting!
