Principal Letter < New

We are excited that you are part of our Spartan Community! This year, East High School welcomes 1603 students along with 135 teachers and support staff. During the summer we had a great deal of activity – from summer school, drivers education, various camps ranging from Band, to Show Choir to Athletics. There is a large misnomer that schools are quiet during the months school isn’t in session.

Still down 17-14 with less than six minutes left in the game, the Spartans scored to take a four-point lead with 5 minutes left, but gave up a late touchdown and trailed by three again. With just 46 seconds left, East drove the field for a 12-yard, game-winning touchdown pass that gave the Spartans a 7-1 record. The Spartans would win the district, conference and city crown.
