Our final words, and a look ahead

We finished the school year with a flurry of activities and our series of interviews, ‘Final Words,’ featuring five students or staff about their time in Lincoln Public Schools.

Kloefkorn office open for summer

The office at the new Kloefkorn Elementary School is now open for business. Office hours are 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday through Friday. The office phone number is 402-436-1148.

The new elementary school – located in southeast Lincoln at 6601 Glass Ridge Dr. – will welcome students this fall for the 2012-13 school year.

The rest of the school building is currently still under construction and is not open.

A healthy outlook, in and out of school

Sometimes, students really want to be in school, and health issues prevent that from happening as often as they wish.
